Originally from Dalian, China, Jinsong began his career as a software engineer at a Japanese company. He later launched and led the Japanese division of a major global IT firm, achieving significant success across the APAC region, including Japan, China, and ASEAN.

With over 30 years of experience in the Japanese IT industry, he has deep expertise across various sectors, including finance, manufacturing, distribution, and communications.

In October 2023, he was appointed CEO of Xenera Group, leading the company into its next phase of growth.

Takahito has deep expertise and extensive experience in e-commerce and search technologies.

He began his career in the logistics industry, where he developed warehouse and inventory management systems for major drugstore chains. At global companies like Rakuten and Fast Retailing, he led the development department and managed large-scale projects, including the development, enhancement, and maintenance of global e-commerce systems. In 2022, he became Executive Officer in charge of development at Rakuten, overseeing the company’s e-commerce and logistics system development. 

In September 2024, He joined Xenera Group as CEO & CDO of Xenera Co., Ltd., while also taking on the role of Group COO, to drive the company’s business growth through technological innovation.

In 1995, Takanobu branched out from a major system integrator to establish an IT venture focused on developing and deploying a commercial Java Framework product suite. 

Expanding his reach to China and Silicon Valley, he served as Vice President in 2015, leading the modernization of IT service lines through M&A with a global IT service company. 

In April 2020, he played a key role in founding Xenera Co., Ltd., where he focused on business planning and development.

With over 18 years of hands-on management experience in software development, Shaolei has successfully developed key global clients in the finance and distribution sectors at a major IT company. 

He has overseen and completed numerous global projects across countries and regions, including Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, India, and Australia, earning high praise from clients.

 As a core management member of Xenera Group, he launched Dalian DX ODC and currently serves as the DX Delivery Manager for the APAC region, as well as the Executive Director and General Manager of Xenera (Dalian).

At Japanese and international consulting firms, Tom has provided management support to multi-industry and multinational companies on complex issues, including corporate and business strategy formulation, capital policy and financial strategy planning, business improvement, organizational restructuring, M&A, and overseas expansion. 

He has extensive experience in supporting the development and execution of corporate growth strategies and capital policies, as well as managing cross-border M&A activities.

Previously, he served as the Business Planning Leader and M&A Investment Manager for the Asia-Pacific business group at a major IT company. In January 2023, he was appointed CFO of the Xenera Group, where he oversees the group’s financial and corporate functions.
